At the Restaurant Laurentius you can enjoy not only the delicious food, but also the fantastic views through the large windows and from two sun terraces. Of course, a good drop of wine is a must: A fine selection of fine wines awaits you in the hotel's own wine cellar. And when the day comes to an end, the hotel bar, with its fireplace, is the perfect place to linger and reflect on your holiday experiences.
Start your day on a delicious note with our extensive breakfast buffet! From aromatic coffees and teas, to crispy rolls and bread fresh from the local bakery, to savory spreads, crunchy cereals and fresh fruit salad. There are also delicious egg dishes and much more. So you are well-prepared for an eventful day at the Achensee!
Our service team or our fully automatic coffee machines will prepare your favourite hot drink at any time. Whether it's a latte macchiato, tea or hot chocolate - just the way you like it! Infused water with natural ingredients and a variety of juices are also available to help you start your day.
Create your own omelette from a variety of fresh ingredients and our chefs will prepare it for you. Scrambled eggs and crispy bacon are also available from our breakfast buffet.
Whether you prefer fresh rolls, fluffy croissants or wholemeal bread, there's something for everyone. You can also find everything you need to complete a successful breakfast, from jams to a selection of cold meats and cheeses.

Join us for our aja Coffee Break: every day from 2 to 3 pm, we treat you to delicious pastries and a selection of coffee and tea specialities.
Restaurant Laurentius
After an active day in the mountains, you can look forward to a seasonal 4-course dinner at the Restaurant Laurentius, where you can enjoy regional delicacies and popular classics as part of your half board. Every Tuesday and Saturday, we serve our specialities as part of a gourmet buffet. Enjoy the flavors of the region and let yourself be spoilt by the delicious dishes!
Of course, you are welcome even if you have not booked half board or if you would like to visit us as an external guest.

Our wine cellar
This is where the aja Fürstenhaus am Achensee stores its Austrian and international wine treasures. On special occasions, the cellar is opened for wine and spirits tastings or dinners in the Caveau.

A table reservation for dinner is required. Please register in good time at reception. A table has already been reserved for guests who have booked half board.

You have the option of booking half board flexibly.
- Book half board before your arrival for €35 per person per night.
- If you decide to book half board during your stay, you can add it for €38 per person per night on request and subject to availability.
